Trading Terms, Payments & Returns Policy
Century Foam and Rubber will always happily assist any customer wishing to make a return or an exchange.
- We accept mail orders, over the phone payments via credit card and direct deposit to Century Foam and Rubber / NAB / Bsb: 084 510 Acc: 140665549. (Please fax or email payment advice)
- Cheques accepted by prior arrangement.
- 14 Day accounts available to approved customers (Credit Application Form)
Please return the carefully packed item with a completed Returns/Exchanges form and your receipt to Century Foam and Rubber, Shop 4/359 Southport Nerang Road, Ashmore QLD 4214. We recommend that you return the item via registered mail to ensure the safety of the return as we do not take responsibility for goods lost in transit.
In the instance of a faulty item we will pay for return postage and pay for the postage of the replacement product, please contact one of our friendly staff on (07) 5527 9600 or fill out our online Returns/Exchange form and we will get back to you within 1 business day. We do not cover the cost of postage for an item returned due to a change of mind, but will refund or exchange the item.
You may return any item purchased in store or online in person for a refund. Please ensure you have your receipt with you as proof of purchase. If you are returning an online purchase in store please note that refunds might take up to three days to process.
If you are returning the item due to a change of mind we will refund the cost of the item but will be unable to refund you the cost of delivery.
Faulty items can be exchanged in store.
Returns/Exchange of Non-Faulty Goods
I have my receipt
- We can provide you a refund or exchange
- All goods must be in their original packaging, unused and in a saleable condition
- Receipts must be valid and intact
Cheques and debit cards will be refunded in cash whilst credit card purchases must be refunded back to the original credit card used for purchase. The original card must be present to receive your refund.
I’ve lost or no longer have my receipt
Unfortunately if you have lost your receipt and we do not have proof of purchase we can not offer a refund or exchange.
I have an Account with you and I’d like to make a return
If you are an Account customer you must show a copy of the original invoice along with the goods for return in store to arrange an Account Credit. Commercial quantities are usually not returnable.
Unfortunately we are unable to make exchanges for returns for the following products:
- Custom made products
- Any product/s specifically cut to size at your request.
Returns/Exchanges of Faulty Goods
I want to return/exchange damaged or faulty Goods under Warranty
At Century Foam and Rubber we pride ourselves on the quality of our products as such; in addition to manufacturer’s warrantees on selected products, Century Foam and Rubber and its suppliers provide a guarantee of acceptable quality. In the event of major failure you are entitled to a replacement or refund and to compensation for other reasonable foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to repair or replacement if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality but do not amount to a major failure.
We may require proof of your purchase so we recommend that you retain your receipt as proof that you purchased the product from us. Our Team Members will advise if exchange, refund, replacement or a repair is available to you.
