Shipping and Availability
When will I receive my Purchase?
Once we have received your payment we will ship your order within 1-3 business days after which you should receive your purchase within 1-8 Business days depending on your location. However, in the event that your items are not in stock or are custom orders we will contact you via phone or email to discuss further options.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery cost on standard website purchases are as listed when purchase being made. Unless otherwise specified we ship using Australia Post standard shipping at the standard cost of $6.60 for items fewer than 500g Australia wide. If a package is greater than the maximum package weight, additional delivery charges will apply and you’ll be informed of what these are prior to delivery.
I haven’t received my order yet
If you haven’t received your purchase after 7 days beyond your estimated arrival date please call us on (07) 5527 9600 and we’ll look into it for you. We do our very best to make sure all items are shipped correctly and are of the highest quality, however once a parcel or delivery leaves our premises it is under the control of Australia Post or your chosen courier, and unfortunately sometimes items can get ‘lost in the mail’. In these cases please be assured that we will do our utmost to get your purchase to you promptly.
Where can you deliver to?
Delivery address should be to a place where someone can verify by signature that the goods have been delivered. Deliveries will be made during business hours Monday to Friday not including public holidays.
If an item you have chosen is “out of stock” or unavailable
If you have chosen an item that is out of stock or unavailable at the time we will notify you by phone or email and notify you of the estimated time of delivery for that particular item or if there is another item of similar use we will also contact you and give you the option to purchase that one.
