What is Polyethylene (PE)? It's is a strong and resilient closed-cell foam. Ideally suited as a shock absorbing product, this closed-cell foam padding is also a great way to dampen the effects of vibration.

Suitability: Closed cell polethylene foam has a variety of common applications in furniture, automotive, marine and many other industries. PE foams have a variety of applications ranging from sports equipment and packaging to soundproofing and insulation. Also suitable for packaging, carpet underlays, luggage lining, car door panels and car seats.

PE's low thermal conductivity gives it excellent heat resistance, making it a good insulating material for walls, ceilings and roof
