"Had a mattress that folds in half made for our hybrid caravan. Antony was really helpful and let me lay on different densities of foam in the store to find the right combination for the mattress. It was beautifully covered and I can't remember ever sleeping so comfortably in my life that my husband and I are considering replacing our $5000 mattress that's only 6 mths old."

A few weeks later, there was a miscommunication and I was told our job was ready to be picked up but when I arrived 3 days later the job was not complete -the staff member said he had found out that morning - but didn't call to let me know - so my 3 hour return trip was wasted.
